A response to Clint's request

Inspiration and optimism are in too short supply in day-to-day life.
Inspiration and optimism are life-sustaining catalysts which prompt me
to consider how I can fully engage in both my professional and
personal life.

I participate in the Leadership Forum each summer because the
conference provides me with inspiration and optimism in the form of:

1) leaders, from all walks of life and areas of work, who share with
us their stories, passions, and capabilities which demonstrate how
they are providing unqiue solutions and making meaningful changes in
areas of the world that matter

2) engagment with conference participants who understand that using
"self as tool" is the driving force behind seeking full potential and
contributing purpose to our workplaces and communities
