Advocacy, Research, Training and Services (ARTS) Foundation is an indigenous youth led civil society organization aims to mainstream marginalized and most vulnerable segments of the society in development process through creating, strengthening and supporting local community groups, organizations and networks to influence policies through advocacy, lobbying, networking and training to protect and promote fundamental rights to empower women, youth and children.

ARTS Foundation in collaboration with Regional Youth Conference Partners is pleased to invite you to join first ever Regional Youth Conference. The RYC - 2013 is an effort to encourage, empower and engage more than 250 male and female youth of disadvantaged areas i.e. Umerkot, Sanghar, Mirpurkhas and Tando Allahyar.  

Regional Youth Conference - 2013 is scheduled on Tuesday December 31, 2013 at 10:00am at Sindh Government Library and Cultural Complex Hall near Mahar Cinema, Mirpurkhas. The RYC - 2013 invitation and schedule is attached for more details.
