Members of Junto 7 will partner with a Knowledge is Power Program Philadelphia (KIPP) Dubois Collegiate Academy  to provide a resume development/interview skills workshop and mock interview practice session for  30-40 11th grade students.  KIPP has approximately 80 juniors who are planning to attend college upon graduation and/or are seeking internship opportunities.  Upon agreement of a date and time, Junto 7 will propose to provide KIPP 11th grade students with a 1.5 hour lecture and Q&A session on resume development and interview skills.  Students interested in further coaching and development will be offered an opportunity to pre-register and engage in a mock interview practice session with one of the Junto members. Junto 7 will return to KIPP at a later scheduled date to conduct mock interviews with students.
