Language interpretation

to LDTA 2011 Tool Challenge
It seems odd, in this modern world where most new languages are
implemented by interpretation, that the Task dimension has a compiling
challenge but no interpretation challenge. I suggest adding a T6:
language interpretation / execution, which consists of implementing a
source interpreter to execute programs in the language.

I agree - I think this does provide an interesting extension to the
challenge. Let's add it.

Since part of T5 is to translate to DLX, the simple RISC machine
language, there is also that opportunity to build an interpreter for
that language in one's tool. But that is not specifically part of the
challenge right now - I suspect that some will build this using some
other means.
