New version 0.9.7 of LDSql

The v 0.9.7 release updates the Primary view to conform to the
Church's recent renaming of Primary classes. In addition, the columns
that display each member's callings are enhanced to include the
sustaining dates, and the columns that display home- and visiting-
teaching assingments by member now include the companion's name.

There also is a bug fix in the name of the "2-Country" column in the
Membership view.

This release has been tested with output from MLS v 3.1.2. As far as
I can tell from regression testing, that MLS version introduced no
changes in the export files that drive LDSql.

Version 0.9.7 has been superseded by 0.9.8, which has all the 0.9.7
features plus two small bug fixes.

In fact, 0.9.7 has been deleted from the download page because of
version-control errors.
