New LDSql releases, v 0.9.12.2 and v 0.9.13.2

I have posted two new releases, v 0.9.12.2 and v 0.9.13.2, to the
LDSql download page.
The only change in both is designed to work around a recent bug in the
MLS export files, which had caused some home and visiting teaching
assignments to be missed. If the the bug is ever fixed in MLS, these
LDSql releases can be rolled back.
Implementers who are only supporting the current version of MLS
exports can use v 0.9.13.2. But those who maintain backward
compability with older MLS versions that included the Member Record
Number should use v 0.9.12.2, which includes the MRN column even if
blank.

There has been a problem discovered in this release, and a new version
is expected soon.
