WordCamp Utah

This being an Open Source focused list I figured there would a few
folks interested in hearing about this.

We're having a WordCamp in Utah on Saturday 27 September 2008 in
Provo, Utah.

This is a one day event to bring together WordPress users/developers.
We've got some great speakers and topics that will appeal to a wide
array of bloggers. Of particular note WordPress founding developer
Matt Mullenweg and long time WordPress developer/community member Alex
King will both be flying in for the event. The cost is only $20 and
includes lunch, t-shirt, stickers, buttons, etc.

For those of you unable to make it to WordCamp Utah, keep an eye out

For those who are on the fence about this, I noticed that one of the
afternoon speakers is Cameron Moll, one of the lead interaction
designers at the Church. He is well respected in the design community
and is sought as a speaker for the major design conferences. He is
bound to have some good principles for taking your design skills to
the next level, something that I know many of us developers could use
a little help from every now and then.

Not to mention, both Joseph Scott (a member of the church) and Matt Mullenweg (founder of Automattic), both from Automattic and developers on the Wordpress codebase will be there as well. :-)
