My high priest's group leader wants me to check out this site to see
if we could use it. So far, I have one major problem with it. It is
registered through Domains By Proxy, LLC. The site also gives only a
web form to contact the site admins with no other identifying
information. Sometimes things are done anonymously to avoid problems/
persecution. Other times things are done anonymously for evil reasons.
I am wondering if anybody on this list knows who has registered and
admins this site. If you don't want to admit it publicly, you can
email me privately, off list, or IM me through Yahoo (VB_Hunt) or
Google Talk (same user name as my email address).

Have you filled out the web form?  (Or emailed RETURNANDREPORT.ORG@domainsbyproxy.com)?  By doing so, your message will be forwarded to the owner's real email address.

You could probably contact him though his profile at

Return and Report is not an official church site. The Church is
slowly building it's own version in open development. Due to concerns
from the Legal department it will not have all the features of RaR.

That answers my question. Thanks. I figured someone on this list knew.
