Brandon,
To connect PhpGedView to new FamilySearch, you need to get the code from the latest phpGedView-ca branch of SVN.
https://phpgedview.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/phpgedview/branches/phpGedView-ca/
This branch has a completely rewritten module system. After you get it setup you will need to go into the module administration and enable the FamilySearch module. This will add a FamilySearch tab to the individual page in PhpGedView which will allow you to move data back and forth between PGV and NFS.
PhpGedView has not been certified yet to work with new FamilySearch. I am working to make that happen. FamilySearch is still not quite sure how to handle us being open source, but I have been working with them and I think we have an appropriate solution in the works.
In the meantime, I need beta testers so if you are willing to beta test, we can get you an early access developers key which has to be put in the familysearch module's config.php file.
