As we approach several important events in October and November, we are pleased to share the following announcements. Please review carefully, mark your calendars, and plan accordingly.

1. LDSD Ấu Nhi Day 2025

📅 Saturday, October 18, 2025
🕗 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 San Diego Zoo — 2920 Zoo Drive, San Diego, CA 92101
All participants must submit the VAP Form and $10 to their Đoàn Trưởng or HT Ngành Ấu by the event day. We look forward to a fun, faith-filled day together.

2. VEYM Rosary & Adoration
You are invited to join our VEYM Rosary every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 PM (PDT).
On a special night, LDSD will host VEYM Rosary & Adoration together with Đoàn Phêrô at:
St. Thomas More Catholic Church
1450 South Melrose Drive
Oceanside, CA 92056 

Please complete the VEYM Participant Agreement Form before attending.  Please find the attached form with this email

3. Tuyên Thệ Tân BCH Đoàn Kitô Vua
We joyfully announce the swearing-in ceremony of the new Ban Chấp Hành (2025–2028) of Đoàn Kitô Vua.

🕕 6:30 PM during Holy Mass
Venue: Good Shepherd Parish

San Diego, CA 92126

Please join us to celebrate this momentous occasion and to pray for the new leadership.

4. Holy-ween Saint Costume Contest
⏳ Only about 3 weeks left to submit your photo!

In this Jubilee Year of Hope, we invite everyone to choose a Saint whose life reflected hope in God and the Eucharist.
When you submit, include your:

• Full Name

• Ngành, Đoàn, Liên Đoàn

• Name of the Saint

• A short reflection on how this Saint shares hope in God, Jesus, or the Eucharist

All entries will be posted on VEYM’s official Facebook and Instagram pages for voting. Only votes on the official pages will count. Any entry showing irregular voting activity (e.g. bot accounts) will be disqualified.
We have prizes such as People’s Choice, Most Inspiring, and more waiting for you!

5. Lễ Các Thánh Tử Đạo Việt Nam (Vietnamese Martyrs Mass & Celebration)
📅 Sunday, November 16, 2025
🕐 1:45 PM

Join us at Good Shepherd Parish (8200 Gold Coast Drive, San Diego, CA 92126) for the Vietnamese Martyrs Mass in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnamese Catholic Community of San Diego.

The day will include a procession, Holy Mass, and celebration.

6. Đoàn Kitô Vua Anniversary Celebration
We will celebrate the Anniversary of Đoàn Kitô Vua also on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Good Shepherd Parish (8200 Gold Coast Dr, San Diego, CA 92126) \
🕕 Mass at 6:30 PM
Following Mass, join us for the Văn Nghệ Show and community fellowship.

7. Niên Liễm / Membership Fees Submission
⏰ Deadline: November 30, 2025
All Chapters are required to submit their membership fees on time. Thank you for your prompt cooperation.

May God continue to guide and bless our Liên Đoàn. Let us always live our mission to love, to serve, and to bring Jesus Christ in the Eucharist to others.
