The concept is a digital tree (displayed on the screen as a tree) where you
can "carve" milestones or messages that are then inscribed onto the tree and
the tree then grows taller (newest messages are at the top). Permissions to
write onto the tree can be controlled to avoid spam or vandalism. Some
units may find it fun to create a visual record of milestones within a unit
that anybody could then browse (beats looking through ASCII text on a page).
