European Reference Panel

Dear LDSC team,

I couldn't figure out from the documentation on the European reference panel that you link on github (https://data.broadinstitute.org/alkesgroup/LDSCORE/eur_w_ld_chr.tar.bz2), from which phase of 1000 Genomes this is (including sample size). Could you let me know about this?
