Summary outcomes as "+"/"-" to dummy outcomes?

Hello ldsc group,

I just started using ldsc.  In one of my GWAS summary datasets, the outcome was labeled as "+" or "-" giving the direction of the effect.  However, the effect sizes were not provided.

I wounder if I could introduce a dummy outcome variable for the genetic correlation analysis?  What would be the best practice for this kind of summary statistics.
