Appropriate statistical test for LD Score enrichments

Hello!

I am running stratified LD Score regression on various annotations and getting enrichments for each of them. To be clear, I am running separate models for each annotation. What would be an appropriate statistical test to test if two enrichments are significantly different or not? I cannot really use the standard error and z-score, because I am not sure if the underlying distribution is normal.

Did you ever figure out the answer to this question? I would like to convert my LD partition coefficients (z-scores) to p-values and I do not know how to do this.
