Hi,

Is it appropriate to run LDSC on genotypeXsex interaction betas and p-values, to get the genome-wide percentage of variance explained by the interaction term, or does that violate the assumptions of LDSC?

Thanks and best wishes,

Gabriëlla

Hi Gabriëlla,

My hunch is that it's not as straightforward as simply plugging in the interaction summary statistics and running regular ldsc, but that is may be possible to derive an appropriate method under the current ldsc model without too much modification. Others on this mailing list may have additional suggestions?

Cheers,
Raymond

Hi,

I'm also thinking to apply LDSC on GxE interaction results. Any updates from people?

Thanks very much,

Chuan
