Guest Speaker: Saul Bracerco
Brother Saul Bracero is graduate of Brigham Young University (1987), University
of Florida (1997), and the National War College (2008). He is also a graduate of
the BYU Army Reserve Officer Training Program. He served his mission in
Virginia and West Virginia. He currently serves as the Garrisonville Ward
Gospel Doctrine Teacher. He has served in the Army for twenty five years as a
Military Police Officer and as a Foreign Area Officer specializing in Africa. His
career has taken him to Germany, Panama, Cuba, Iraq, Kosovo, South Korea,
and nearly every country on the continent of Africa. He currently serves as the
Deputy Chief of Staff of the Africa Center for Strategic Studies in Washington
DC.
