You can get the Android Package File (.apk) from http://scriptures.byu.edu/sci, and you can "side-load" that on your Kindle if you know how.  When I submitted this to the Amazon app store they rejected it because I try to link to the Gospel Library app, and they want to avoid linkages to the Google Play store.  One of these days I'd like to do a major update to the Android version of this app, and that's one of the things I could work around better.  I don't know when I'll have time, but it's on my list of things people want.
