Auditions for LDS Performer's Concert

[Portland Regional LDS Music Workshop]

Below is an announcement about upcoming auditions for the LDS
Performers' Concert that is held each year in conjunction with the
Portland Regional Music Workshop. This year the concert is Friday,
February 25 Auditionees are invited to email or call me to set up a
time. We invite all interested persons who would like to perform vocal
solos or ensembles, instrumentals or ensembles of any musical
instruments to audition. The music can be of any variety but needs to
be chapel appropriate. No rock bands please. Also, although we
appreciate each of our performers, if you have performed in the last
year we invite you to pass this on to interested musicians who have
not recently performed in our concert. Please pass this announcement
to everyone you know.

Also, please forward this to any of your ward or stake bulletin
specialists and ward and stake music chairs. We would like to see this
announcement flooding the Portland/Vancouver/Salem areas.

Announcing auditions for the LDS Performers Concert! Auditions will
be held at the Beaverton Stake Center on January 15 and January 22
from 8:00 a.m. - noon. We are looking for all genre of music which can
be performed in the chapel (this can be almost anything except Rock
Bands!). All ages are welcome. Please contact Kay Card at
kaycc...@yahoo.com for an assigned audition time. Please come with
your piece performance ready and with your own accompanist.
The concert will be held Friday, February 19 at 7:30 pm at the
Beaverton Stake Center.
