We have been given direction, sometimes thought of as temporal in its
nature, such as tithing, fast offerings, the welfare program, the Word
of Wisdom, chastity, obedience to the law of the land, and others.
Whatever their temporal aspect may be, they are given to us to build
us up spiritually. We can draw no hard and fast line between temporal
and spiritual. All that is good is spiritual.
