I seems my intense hatred of the archaic LISP lambdas/closures may have accidentally stumbled into a bug fix...
In my desire for a more future-developer-friendly codebase, I asked antigravity to convert these very technical debt-feeling bombs into more developer-friendly code. It succeeded for about 90% of them, but not master.c which had several hooks that could not be updated due to hard coded limitations.
I also asked to check for solutions on the driver side, since the limitation seemed codified there. The resulting report was quite interesting, in my opinion. Which prompted me to write 2 emails in 24hrs to a list that seldom sees that many emails in a week, so my apologies there.
