parsing issues

I can't tell if this forum is simply no longer active, since  it appears that only one person has viewed my previous question. That is still an issue; however, I needed to move on so I tried loading some other, smaller files. These files are bio2rdf dumps, in n-quad format. They do not hang as the one large file does; however, I get many parse errors both during the validation phase, and later, from a module called QuadFileLoader. I can't spot anything wrong with the n-quads, and they pass muster both on the n-quad validator at Apache Any23, and also via OpenRDF Sesame's n-quad parser. Has anyone else experienced problems loading n-quad files?
