Hi Greg,

you can skip any data transformation phase (i.e. identity resolution)
just not including the correspondent element (i.e linkSpecifications)
in the integration config document [1].
So, if you want to run only the data translation phase (using R2R),
only use the <mapping> element to specify the path to your mappings.

You may also want to disable the final URI rewriting step, for doing
that just set 'rewriteURIs = false' in the properties document [2].
