2.0.0 Release

I'm pleased to announce the availability of ldaptive 2.0.0

This version leverages the netty library for network communication and removes the provider dependencies that version 1.x relied on for LDAP protocol implementation.

With this release I've decided to archive this google group. It's very low traffic and I have had difficulty receiving messages in my inbox. If you have questions please post to the github project.
