We have an system authentication wich can stand alone, then we need to integrate Ldap option. We opted for Ldaptive.. therefore if user is present in Ldap system, e have to insert it in our database. The problem is that we reach all the attributes except the password(userPassword) ! Any solution??

Most LDAP servers restrict read access on the userPassword attribute by default.
You'll have to configure your LDAP server to allow read to a specific entry and then bind as that entry.
