I have SSLContext object but seems like I don't have a link to TrustManagers of this  SSLContext to set SslConfig.setTrustManagers(). Can I initialize ldaptive SSL connection somehow using this SSLContex object?

No. Ldaptive provides a couple CredentialConfig implementations which will ultimately produce and initialize an SSLContext internally. Alternatively, if you already have TrustManagers, they can be set directly on the SslConfig.
