Job Title: Oracle PaaS and SaaS Administrator
Location: NYC, NY, NJ, CT (onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months


JD:

·        The Oracle PaaS and SaaS Administrator manage, monitors, and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS applications alongside Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS) services across development, test, and production environments.

·        The primary objective is to maintain maximum system uptime, oversee quarterly patching cycles, administer identity security, and orchestrate integrations between Oracle Fusion modules and external IT systems

 

Responsibilities:

·        Administer Oracle Fusion Application pillars, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and ERP Financials across DEV, TEST, and PROD landscapes.

·        Coordinate and execute routine instance refreshes, data masking, and post-refresh technical configurations.

·        Oversee mandatory Oracle quarterly cloud update cycles, conducting prerequisite validation, patch impact analysis, and coordinate cohort scheduling.

·        Serve as the primary technical point of contact to raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for critical incident resolution

·        Configure and maintain key PaaS components including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

·        Manage backend transactional and reporting data platforms, specifically the Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database.

·        Establish proactive telemetry and alerts to measure platform performance, storage utilization limits, API latencies, and transaction health.

·        Provision users and design deep Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) inside the Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM).

·        Enforce strict Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance rules and conduct regular user privilege audits to maintain audit readiness.

·        Configure, secure, and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between core Fusion apps, PaaS middleware, and identity providers like Azure AD.

·        Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to construct, deploy, and support hybrid application integrations.

·        Ensure reliable, continuous data synchronization between cloud SaaS components, on-premises applications, and third-party APIs.
