Mandatory skills:
· 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL development
· IBM DataStage (8.x / 11.x preferred) – strong hands-on experience
· Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) – advanced SQL and PL/SQL
· Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts (EDW, ODS, Data Marts)
· ETL concepts: CDC, incremental loads, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
· Performance tuning for ETL jobs and Oracle queries
· Unix/Linux shell scripting (basic to intermediate)
· Job scheduling tools (Tidal or equivalent)
· Domain – Healthcare
Job Description:
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize DataStage job performance
· Handle production support issues, reruns, and data reconciliations
· Perform root cause analysis for ETL and data-related issues
· Implement error handling, logging, and restartability in ETL jobs
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and handle complex data issues
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
· Production support and ownership mindset
