BIBFRAME Workshop in Europe 2026 -- save the date!

The BFWE Organizer Group is happy to announce the 10th BIBFRAME Workshop in Europe, which will take place on September 8th and 9th 2026, hosted by the University of Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain, and will also be available for online participation.
Following the success of previous editions, this conference continues to bring together stakeholders, practitioners, and researchers from the library and information science community to discuss and explore implementations, implications, and the future potential of BIBFRAME. This year, we are delighted to bring the event to Barcelona, a city renowned for its dynamic blend of history, culture, and forward-looking creativity, as well as its strong tradition of academic excellence and innovation.
A call for presentations will follow in the near future.
