These Cerebellums will improve the playingstrength of Leela, especially on „weaker“ hardware or/and shorter time controlls.

And how can I really use them with Leela. I guess the GUI has to support those books because Leela herself doesn't.

Yes, or Cerebellum has to be integrated in Lc0 like Brainfish.
