Seems Lc0 use full moves to show his depth, so Black move -> White move is depth 1

Stockfish use ply to show depth, so Black move -> White move is depth 2

is this correct?

Because in endgame when Stockfish tell M8 Leela use only depth 4 to play, when Stockfish tell M6 Leela use depth 3

Depth between LC0 and SF mean different things and are in no way comparable as they are utilizing fundamentally different underlying search algorithms.

Neither engine is doing an exhaustive search of possibilities. Both engines have only look at a subset of variations up until that depth and both engines are looking much deeper than that depth for a subset of variations.

Only compare LC0 engines relying on the LC0 binary and be careful about comparing SF to other AB engines, as such comparisons are shaky at best.
