Let us add all our suggestions to be refined and documented as part of the association bye laws.

 

1. Personally I feel "No pets allowed" rule implementation is better for a closed residential community. If the suggestion from others is to allow pets, then strong rules and regulations need to be well written and agreed.

 

2. # of vehicles allowed inside the community, parking rules

 

3. Rules to monitor Entry and exit of service people ( this includes, maid servants, drivers, auto, call taxis, other maintenance service personnels. etc etc)

 

4. Monthly maintenance - Let us revisit the maintenance money paid by every home; rules to pay and remit the maintenance money

 

5. Other common amenities service rules.

 

6. Cleaning of premises, outdoor and indoor

 

7. Wear and tear purchase rules - bulbs, taps - all common stuffs
