Wish you all a very happy Diwali!!! Here is the summary of our discussion held at on 04th November meeting. Please go through and share your comments.
Formation of Association as soon as possible (Expecting on January 2013) for the maintenance of apartment and its amenities.
Management Committee of the Association consisting of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and a Joint Secretary which will be elected by the Members of the Management Committee
Collecting of “Bye-laws” from various other known associations and with that we need to form our own “Bye-laws” .
Need to Decide on a name for the association. The name of the association should ideally be easy to understand. It should reflect the purpose of the association. Every one of us have the rights to give their ideas so send your decided name before the end of this month.
Need to Decide how often the association will meet (Meetings may take place as often and intimation will be circulated by soft copy and hard copy).
Memorandum will be prepared on the issue ( both common issues and individual flat issues) which will be signed by everyone. We Planned to send this copy to LCS by registered post.
Kindly send your issues on or before 8th November.
Someone should be in charge of the entire organization before forming the Association. So we formed a Welfare committee and the names of the committee members are given below
Kindly contact any of the above members for any issues related to our flats. We will do our best to resolve by contacting LCS.
We Plan to get the monthly expense details from LCS till September month, and recommend them to send the same by every month in future till their maintenance period.
Everyone must get the Project completion certificate and No Dues certificate from LCS as soon as possible.
