Upload file process?

Just learned something: You apparently have to click the "I'm done
uploading files" link after the file finished uploading, or it doesn't
show up in the public list, only the "Upload files" list. So now
y'all know, too.

Okay, now when I log in, I can see the PDF that went AWOL and refused
to re-upload last night. Matthew: Did you have to approve it or
something like that?
