[lcpu] 关于 matrix.org 被封锁的解决办法

今天发现 matrix.org 被封锁了，使用的技术手段有 DNS 污染和 SNI 检测。考虑到我们的聊天室中有不少使用 matrix.org 服务器的网友，并且以聊天室作为获取社团最新信息的主要方式，我在这里给出几个解决方法。此外，我们的聊天室可能也会添加新的接入方式。

1) 使用代理服务器，包括 shadowsocks 隧道，TOR/I2P 等匿名网络。在浏览器中可以设置代理或者用 FoxyProxy 等插件设置代理。暂时不知道基于 Electron 的 Riot desktop 和移动端的 Riot.im 等客户端怎么设置。
2) 改用其他的服务器，这意味着你也要换一个 Matrix 帐号。可用的服务器包括列表 [1] 中的服务器，还有 KDE 社区的服务器 [2] 等。
3) 如果你通过 Firefox 使用 Riot 等 web app 访问 Matrix 网络，你也可以启用 DoH 和 ESNI 来绕过封锁。注意 DoH 可能会影响一些网站的访问。
