技术报告：shell 和 Makefile 应用简介（by Casper）

本次活动将以某经典动画片 DVD 中音视频信息的切分和转换为例简要介绍
shell 和 Makefile 的基本使用，而剩余时间将用于自由讨论。

* Problem analysis
- Splitting: VOB files, timestamp jumping, numbering
- Conversion: compression, volume adjustment
- Tools: FFmpeg, rc(1), make(1), text utils
- Glues: downloading, uncompression, anti-corruption, renaming

* The splitter
- Basic and misc usage of FFmpeg and rc(1)
- FFmpeg's `concat' protocol
- Debugging timestamps with FFmpeg

* The converter
- make(1): (virtual or not) targets, patterns, variables
- FFmpeg: filters, `volumedetect', channel maps
- Parallel efficiency of VP9; replay gain and its sampling

活动总结已更新在同一页面，欢迎围观。报告中处理的原始文件在某度网盘
上 [1]，但因为其对非会员用户限速（且使其连接不稳定）的恶心做法 [2]
