Greetings from GTU Innovation Council.

GTU Innovation Council (GIC) has developed a collaborative online Project Monitoring and Mentoring System (PMMS): http://projects.gtu.ac.in/ .

The objective of this system is to provide appropriate help and mentor students on their projects online and mentor them. This platform will help to make continuous contact between all stake holders from all team members, Faculty Guide, industry-mentors (if any), fabricators etc. This platform will increase collaboration and co-creation while improving novelty of project works.

We are very happy to inform you that, as of current status till 13th April 2015, total 40,028 students from across 97 colleges have been registered in total of 11105 teams at PMMS platform. All such teams are carrying out various projects in various fields.

GTU Innovation council has published the part III guideline related to PMMS portal. It is available at: http://gtu.ac.in/circulars/15Apr/17042015_01.pdf

This guideline includes information related to:

·         Patent Drafting Exercise (PDE)

·         Final project report upload & Project report guideline

·         Plagiarism search report 

·         Certificate generation for completion of all activity at PMMS portal

IT IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BE SEMESTER VIII STUDENTS TO FINISH ALL ACTIVITIES AT PMMS PORTAL, AND GENERATE A COMPLETION CERTIFICATION VIA ABOVE PORTAL AND ATTACH THE SAME WITH PROJECT REPORT.

If any student (or any team) has not registered till now or not finished the tasks on time, he/she/they are advised to do so at the earliest so that there are no issues when the final submission or exam is to take place.
