Lets get a list of good references for lolcode going here.

Good call.

Main site: http://lolcode.com

Current spec: http://lolcode.com/specs/1.2

Next spec proposals: http://lolcode.com/proposals/1.3/1.3

Forum (fairly dead, in part due to not accepting new registrations;
but still a good resource for discussion of specification details):
http://forum.lolcode.com/

IRC channel (I lurk there when I get the chance): irc.freenode.net #LOLCODE

Implementations (mainly interpreters in interpreters or cooler
projects that support older, more limited, specs):
http://lolcode.com/implementations/implementations

Main contributers:

Adam T. Lindsay (proposed the language, guided it, maintains the
lolcode.com domain)
Forum mods (did lots of proposal and analysis of language features):
Coda, Ihoss, JoshSuereth, viraptor

The wiki has quite a bit of info but a lot of it is nonstandard. For
example, lots of examples include the line "CAN HAS STDIO?" even
though it's nowhere mentioned in the current spec.
