THIS IS THE LAST EMAIL YOU WILL GET THROUGH THE GOOGLE GROUP!  The Google group will be deleted this week.  If you are not receiving emails through Charms, please follow the login instructions you received via email and/or in the band handbook.  Check your student's information and make sure you have added yourself and your contact information -- phone number, email, etc. 

From Don Cooper, our concession stand chairperson:

I want to thank all of the volunteers for the concession stand last week.  Ya'll did an awsome job.  James hooked up the new grill to the big propane tank and the grill worked great.  Thanks to James for running the grill.  He did a GREAT job.  We will need someone to help him on the grill so if anyone is interested, please let me know.       As of Tuesday afternoon, we have eight volunteers for this Friday night.  we need at least 12 more people to help out.  Please log onto your charms account and sign up by Thursday night so that I can print out a list to give to the ticket booth so that you can get in for free.  If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at 347-0273.     Thanks,   Don Cooper
