attendance emails

Parents,

Starting today, I am tracking attendance for all marching band rehearsals in CHARMS.  When your child is late or absent from a rehearsal, you will get an automated email from the system.  (Some of you received one today.)  It says "Sent from Charms Mobile" at the bottom.  It's a great idea to reply to that email if your child was sick or had some other legitimate reason to miss rehearsal.

Please make sure that "CharmsEm...@charmsmusic.com" is in your address book so you can receive these emails.

I look forward to seeing you at our preview show on Thursday night.  Report time for students is 6 p.m.; the show starts at 7 p.m.

P.S.  If you received this twice (once from CHARMS and now from the Google Group), that is great!  If you did not receive it from CHARMS, please log in to your child's CHARMS account and add your email address.  I will not be using the Google Group much longer, so you need to be in CHARMS to stay updated via email.
