Precious water

Good day everyone.

 

As I’m sure you know, the governor declared a drought emergency.

 

I wanted to point out that there is always water stagnating at the edge of the landscaping by the public sidewalk near the 4081 cluster (just south of the sign with the condo numbers)

 

The grassy area by the park is frequently inundated and landscapers sometimes use water in areas that only have woodchips at this time of year.

 

May I suggest that anyone who observes water being wasted in common areas should point it out to the HOA.

If water runs from a neighbor’s yard, mention it to them... they may not know it... most people are responsive when told.

 

With regards to the HOA, can Ernesto direct the landscapers to check and fix/adjust all sprinklers (about ½ the time currently used would work – otherwise water just flows away) and check for broken pipes J
