Dear Team,

Following from the meeting to negotiate the fee for both the training and the low carbon city project on the 8th February, please find the email from Shah which is self explanatory.

I have checked the TOR for the low carbon city and it has been amended to what we suggested.  For the team member who did not attend, the agreement was that if they have only RM 150,000, then the best solution would be for the team to only do CYBERJAYA.

We have to submit the calculations and the report as per the TOR attached by TOMORROW, 13th February, and so I hope that Sinha and Dr. Faridah is working hard at this!

Anyhow, I am attaching herewith the calculations in the format that they required.  Please comment.  Shah also requested each person's tasks to which I have outlined.  Please go through.

This has to be submitted by 12noon tomorrow (13th February 2012) so I hope that you will revert to me soonest.

Should I not receive any comment by 11am tomorrow, then I will email this to Shah.

I will now go through the TOR and re-calculate the fees for the training part.  For everyone's information, they have only allocated RM 400k for both  development of the programme and the conduct of the programs.  This is 3/4 cut from the fee we had proposed.

There are urgent meeting with TKSU (TH) regarding on the TOR of Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Action Plan and Training Module this afternoon. As a result of it, there are minor amendments and TKSU had finalised the TOR, herewith attached the TOR for your further action.

 

Hopefully there are no major amendments as TKSU had approved the TOR.

 

Other than that, for financial proposal, please be informed that it must includes TAs team member with details task for each person, number of man-days supported with details activities, and total cost that fit the budget allocated as i mention before for both activities Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Action Plan and also Development of Training Modules and Conducting Training.

 

Please provide the information needed on Monday before 12 p.m

Dear Team,

Please find attached the revised financial proposal based on their agreed sum of RM 400,000 only.

The number of days for the conduct of training is as per agreed at the meeting on the 8th February.

Please revert by 11am tomorrow.  If no feedback by anyone, then I will consider this to be agreed by all and will email to Shah as requested - before 12noon tomorrow.
