Noted on your request.

For your info, I will be on a 2weeks leave from 6 Feb until 19th Feb. However, I will get back to you on the proposed date for the discussion on UE. 

During my absence, Noraida San and Ana San from MIP will be assisting you further. Besides Noraida and Ana, Mr Sinha San and Dr Faridah San will also able to assist JRI on any related matter to UE in specific or LCCF in general.

Hello Mazrina san, Nakamura writing here.
How are you doing?

We would like to have the working discussion regarding Urban Environment
field in Action plan with you and your BOSS. Ms. Kameyama, mainly, is in
charge of
drafting action plan in this field based on the outcome from Work Shop held
in December 2011,
and several discussions among us. (Yes, Miyauchi is also supporting this)

We will have another meeting about baseline in CJ on 13th morning, so

 1) We will have this working discussion after we finish Baseline one
   (In this case, we need to ask your boss to come Cyberjaya)
 2) Or we will visit your office in Petaling Jaya after baseline meeting.
   (Ms. Kameyama and me, at least, will visit you and your boss)

OR

 3) We will hold it on 14th Feb. at your office.

Since we need to finalize our action plan by this March,
we need to visit you and your boss in order to brush-up
and to listen to your professional advice in the field of UE.
