Fall Harvest

Afternoon All,

 

Just a couple of reminders.

 

1.       The Matthew Shepard Foundation presentations are tomorrow from 11:00-1:00 and again from 6:00-8:00 pm.  It would  be great to have all club members present for the event.

2.       The Spellbound Variety show is Friday evening.  The pre-show entertainment starts at 6:00 pm with Ms. Edee doing a show, selling refreshments, the silent auction and the fortune teller.  The show itself starts at 7:00 pm.  All show performers must be backstage no later than 6:30 pm.  Everyone in the club need to be there by 6:00 help with set up in the lobby.

3.       Saturday, October 30^th we were scheduled to meet at my place to bag up all the baked goods for the Fall Harvest.   The time for that has changed to 4:00 pm.  All food must be there.  The Fall Harvest starts at 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 31^st,so everyone working must be there no later than 5:30 for set-up.
