Casting Call on Friday - Please Read

Hi everyone-

We had some trouble getting a room. It's not confirmed, but we are hoping to get approval for Klaus Conference Room 1212. As soon as I get confirmation that we have the space, I need each of you to send a casting call to your assigned sites.

I've made a document that highlights the basic information you made need to post the casting call. See attached. Be sure to list our group email (lcc3406gr...@googlegroups.com) as the main point of contact. I will respond to questions sent to the email and send directions if needed.

Once we have confirmation of the space/date/time, you need to look at the document attached on "Tips for a Casting Call" and send out a web posting ASAP.
