Women in the LCA

Hi

It is funny. When I think of church leadership and church power within
the LCA, I inevitably think "male", mostly because most key positions
within our church are held by men. And yet, I wonder, is it really
only the men that rule in our church? Are there women out there with
power to really make a difference in our church? And if they are, why
are they not? Or are these women against WO? Are they in favor of our
church teachings on homosexuality? Do they agree that the list needed
to be shut down? What are their thoughts?

Does anyone know or have any ideas?
