MEETING LOCATION: NJIT GITC1403
TIME: NOON - 12:45
This meeting will be a live test from the newly configured video conference room on the first floor of the GITC Building at NJIT. For this meeting it would be a good test to get as many people on WEBEX as possible. The sound system in the room is state of the art and I want to give it a good test before Istart using it for these meetings moving forward. The room GITC 1403 is on the first floor and is easily accessible. Anyone who wants to physically attend his first session is free to do so.
I am including the NJCU DSc learning communities because I will be using that facility as follows to meet at NJIT with those NJCU students who would like to discuss dissertation topics. The tentative schedule for that room each week will be as follows:
NJIT GITC 1403
Mondays 1100 to 1245
Tuesadys 1100 to 1330 (with the UAS CORE Research meeting scheduled for Noon to 1245
NJCU Professional Security Studies
Wednesdays I plan to be in my NJCU office from 1000 to 1400
I will have an open agenda tomorrow for UAS discussion but my main goal is to ensure that all communication in that new room works as expected.
