Subject: Corrected Graduate Letter
Please disregard the email sent October 27, 2015. In error the undergraduate letter was emailed to graduate students. Below is the corrected letter for Graduate students. We apologize for the inconvenience.
October 28, 2015
Dear Rodric Bowman (0323827):
1. Commencement will take place on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
2. Graduate students who will complete their degree requirements by the end of the Spring 2016 semester, please read the 2016 Winter/Spring Graduate Master Course List, page 12, section: Graduation Clearance. The “Intent to Graduate Clearance Form” must be submitted online between: November 1 through December 15, 2015. To apply for graduation clearance, log onto GothicNet, click on the Student Dashboard. Under My Academics, select Apply for Graduation. Click on Academic Program and complete form. Once form is completed, submit. A $75.00 Non-Refundable Graduation Clearance Fee will be charged to all students upon filing for graduation clearance. The Graduation Clearance Form must be submitted before paying the graduation fee. Paying the graduation fee, without submitting the Graduation Clearance Form, does not clear you for graduation.
3. Students who do not submit the Graduation Clearance Form by December 15, 2015, will not be eligible to participate in the May 11, 2016 commencement ceremony.
4. Students who apply for spring graduation clearance and are denied due to missing three credits or less, will be eligible to apply for permission to participate in the May commencement ceremony. Application for Permission to Participate will be available during the month of April 2016 in the Registrar’s Office.
5. If you have any questions, please contact the Graduate Graduation Clearance Officer, Mr. Navin Saiboo, at 1-201-200-3048 or by e-mail at NSa...@njcu.edu.
Miriam Laria
University Registrar
Rodric and LC2,
Yes, follow the instructions. However, do not pay the $75 graduation fee; we will take care of that from your paid fees.
WPR,
Dr. C
