Hope you are fine and in good spirits. I am Sreejesh V. K. (1999-2003 CSE), currently working as Assistant Professor in CSE Dept. of LBSCE Kasaragod. Currently, I am holding the charge of the Secretary cum Treasurer of the Alumni Association. Besides me, there are some more alumni of LBSCEK working here at LBSCE. We at College, supported by the Principal, has plans to rejuvenate the activities of the Alumni Association. We are also looking forward to have an improved association with various alumni chapters of LBSCEK and bring together all those chapters under the mother alumni association. We would be very glad if you could extend your full co-operation in our efforts to achieve the above goal. We also need your valuable suggestions for improving the activities of the mother alumni association.

You may be aware that LBSCEK is in the 20th year of its inception and around 5000 students have passed out till now, which means the alumni group of the college is a sufficiently large one. Developing and maintaining a strong alumni association programme is essential for the growth and progress of any institution. Keeping this fact in mind, we are in the process of setting up the official website of the Alumni Association. The development of the website is in progress and it will be online within a month. As a part of the 20th anniversary of the college, the association is planning to organise an Alumni Meet on a large scale, perhaps for the first time. We wish that such a meet would be held in the College campus at Kasaragod. It is an excellent opportunity for the alumni to visit the campus again, meet their friends and teachers and recollect golden memories of the past. We can also share our ideas and suggestions and formulate future plans for the overall development of our alma mater.The success of the program is purely dependent on the extend to which the alumnis participate. So, we have to ensure the participation of as much alumni as possible for the program.  We request your whole-hearted co-operation for the same and make our first major Alumni Meet a grand success.

The date proposed for our Alumni Meet is 21st December 2013 (Saturday). I invite you to participate in the meet and whole-heartedly welcomes you to LBSCE Kasaragod campus. Kindly forward this mail and spread this message among your classmates, batchmates and other LBSCE friends and request their participation as well. So, on that auspicious occasion, let us come together and spend a day in that very campus where we spent four colorful years of our life enjoying, sharing and fighting with our friends. I am sure, it will be a day which we will cherish for the rest of our life.
