if someone got any connections to any web development firms.. pls help me..

My company SYNTHITE want its site to be devoleped to the next level.....

The only condition is.... project will be compared for quality and price...and the site developing firm has to develop both site and should also write the content as per instructed by comapny officials..

..someone pls help... me... as early as possible...
