SSI directive: <!--#include, not <!-- #include

Hi all!

I made a mistake in my slides :-(. The correct syntax for the SSI
#include directive is:

<!--#include file="foo.html" -->

NOT

<!-- #include file="foo.html" -->

That is, there is no space before the #include. Thanks to Maggie
du Mont for spotting this.

Please do attempt the latest homework earlier rather than later, and
let me know of any problems encountered ASAP.
